液压升降机各个部件都极其重要，不管哪一个部件出了问题，都会影响升降机的运行与可靠性，如果升降机升不起来我们该怎么办，或许还有很多人不了解。

1、当液压升降机超负荷运行时，会升不起来，这主要是因为每台升降机都有自己的额定载重量，一旦超载起升，就会出现起升无力或升不起来的现象。所以这时好的办法就是保证装卸货物时不能超载。

1. When hydraulic elevators are overloaded, they will not be able to lift, mainly because each elevator has its own rated load capacity. Once overloaded, there will be a phenomenon of weak lifting or inability to lift. So the good solution at this point is to ensure that the loading and unloading of goods cannot be overloaded.

2、设备的回油阀如果没有关闭也会导致其升不起来，此时可以采用旋紧回油阀的办法来解决。

2. If the return valve of the equipment is not closed, it may also cause it to not rise. In this case, the method of tightening the return valve can be used to solve the problem.

3、当设备的手动泵单向阀卡死导致回位失灵也会升不起来，对此可以旋开油泵阀口螺栓，进行进一步的检修、清洗以及更换清洁液压油来解决。

3. When the one-way valve of the manual pump of the equipment is stuck and causes the return valve to malfunction, it may not be able to rise. To solve this problem, the oil pump valve port bolt can be loosened, further maintenance, cleaning, and replacement of clean hydraulic oil can be carried out.

4、可以是由于设备的手动泵、齿轮泵严重漏油引起的，这是可以正确更换油泵密封圈来解决。

4. It can be caused by severe oil leakage from the manual pump and gear pump of the equipment, which can be solved by replacing the oil pump sealing ring correctly.

5、可能是由于设备齿轮泵损坏，而无压力进行升降，好的办法是更换齿轮泵。

5. It may be due to damage to the gear pump of the equipment, and there is no pressure for lifting. A good solution is to replace the gear pump.

6、在设备液压油不足时也会导致不升降，这是只需要加足液压油就可以运行。

7、如果设备的电路断路也不进行升降，此时需要检查保险丝进行检修更换等来解决。
